Danish food group DDG has acquired Norwegian marmalade and juice producer Good Food for an undisclosed sum.

Good Food, which employs around 60 people, operates three plants in Norway and Sweden. The company recorded turnover of NKr137.6m (US$19.0m) for 2001.

DDG employs around 600 people in production facilities and offices in Denmark, Poland, Russia, Sweden, the UK and the USA. The company makes a range of foodstuffs including marmalades, jams, fruit desserts, honey, rice and pasta, reported the Danish News Digest.
