Denmark’s Orkla ASA has acquired Martin Nordby, the fresh bakery and confectionary manufacturer.
The acquisition has been made through Orkla’s wholly-owned subsidiary Bakers AS for an undisclosed sum.
In 2004, Martin Nordby reported sales of around NKR126m.
