The selection took place at the annual selection of the best e-business solutions – e-business awards 2002. A group of organisations and companies have initiated the contest to promote e-business in Denmark. Danisco´s e-business solution was praised for its depth and wide scope, as well as its ability to offer the customers individual service and customised solutions.

Partnerweb was introduced to a number of industries in the autumn of 2001, among others the ice- cream, bakery and dairy industries. Today, the solution has been implemented in ten different industries in 33 countries in Europe and the Middle East, and will be introduced in the Americas in the spring of 2002.
