Swiss dairy company Emmi has increased its stake in AVH Dairy of the Netherlands to 90%.

Emmi has held 75% of the Bergen-based producer of goat and sheep’s milk since 2013. The Swiss firm declined to disclose the price paid for the additional stake and said the remaining 10% will stay with the founder of AVH.
