The European Commission has granted clearance under the Merger Regulation to the acquisition of full control of the Italian undertaking Galbani, a wholly owned subsidiary of the French Danone group S.A. which supplies dairy and processed meat products, by the British investment firm BC Partners Hold
The European Commission has granted clearance under the Merger Regulation to the acquisition of full control of the Italian undertaking Galbani, a wholly owned subsidiary of the French Danone group S.A. which supplies dairy and processed meat products, by the British investment firm BC Partners Holdings Ltd via its fully owned subsidiary CIE Management II Ltd. (The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.)
