Dr Schär, the gluten-free specialist, is introducing an “authentic” line of Italian gluten-free pasta products across a number of European markets.

The Schär Bontà d’Italia range includes 12 new pasta varieties and is made from millet flour and buckwheat. The group is also launching three varieties of high fibre multigrain pasta.

“Schär Bontà d’Italia was launched in May in some countries – Germany and Spain – and in September in some others – France, Switzerland and Scandinavia. In the Netherlands it will be launched in October,” a spokesperson for the group told just-food.
