FINLAND: Atria appoints new managing director for Lithells
Finnish meat processor Atria has appointed Matti Karppinen as managing director of its Swedish subsidiaries Lithells AB and Atria Lithells AB , with effect from January 2002. Juha Ruohola, the Swedish subsidiaries's current managing director, will return to the parent company in Finland. Lithells' annual turnover is SKr1.7bn (US$160m) and it employs some 700 staff.
