Finnish meat processor Atria has appointed Matti Karppinen as managing director of its Swedish subsidiaries Lithells AB and Atria Lithells AB, with effect from January 2002.
Juha Ruohola, the Swedish subsidiaries’s current managing director, will return to the parent company in Finland. Lithells’ annual turnover is SKr1.7bn (US$160m) and it employs some 700 staff.
