“Wikholm is a company with activities in hotel and restaurant catering. Snellman does not have any operations in this area and we want to court this market,” a spokesperson for the company told just-food.


Wikholm generates an annual turnover of EUR8m. Financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
