FINLAND: Spar posts 1.1% decrease in Jan-Oct turnover
Finnish food retailer Suomen Spar, a subsidiary of Swedish food retailer Axfood, has posted turnover of €506.6m (US$504.6m) for the period January to October 2002, compared to €512.3m for the same period last year. For the month of October, Spar recorded a turnover of €50.5m compared to €51m for the same period last year, reported the Finnish News Digest.
