The company named Xavier de Mézerac as finance director and Benoît Lheureux to the roles of president of its Immochan International division and human resources director.
The two men will join Auchan’s five-member executive board.
Auchan said Lheureux’s successor as head of its Italian operations would be Philippe Le Grignou. Philippe Saudo, meanwhile, has been named managing director of Auchan’s supermarkets.
