If the separation goes ahead, Casino said Jean-Charles Naouri, currently chairman and CEO of Rallye, the holding company that controls Casino, would become Casino’s chairman of the board, reported Reuters.
Christian Couvreux, currently chairman of the management board, would become vice chairman of the board of directors, while Pierre Bouchut, currently CEO of the management board, would become CEO.
Casino said it would put the changes to shareholders at the beginning of September. It also said it would propose that each member of the supervisory board and management join the board of directors.
