Couche-Tard’s newly-formed subsidiary, Couche-Tard Norway, is to carry out a compulsory acquisition of the final shares it does not own of Statoil Fuel & Retail (SFR).

Last month, the French retailer confirmed its 81.2% ownership of the issued and outstanding shares in the company.
