FRANCE: Danone wins court ruling against boycott website
Danone is one step closer to completing its fiercely contested closure plans this week, when a Paris court ruled on Monday that a website protesting against the restructure plans must not use company's logos. The Internet site was established after 29 March, when Danone announced plans to shut down two French cookie factories. The move will result in the loss of 750 jobs.
