Heinz has developed a range of ketchup products for the French market it hopes consumers will use with more elaborate dishes.
The company has launched its Culinair ketchup, sold in glass jars, and available in three flavours: roasted garlic, thyme and honey; balsamic vinegar, basil and oregano; and curry, pepper and lemon.
Culinar “brings a creative and unique touch that will make all dishes, even the most elaborate, finer”, Heinz said. The products are sold in 300g jars at a recommended price of EUR1.95 (US$2.53).
