FRANCE/HUNGARY: Globus completes sale of Csabai to Bonduelle
Hungarian cannery Globus has completed the sale of the Bekescsaba production assets and real estate of Csabai Cannery to French food company Bonduelle. The financial terms of the agreement, which was signed last October, have not been disclosed. Globus said proceeds from the sale are to be used to cover the costs of planned acquisitions, reported Interfax.
