The French dairy products group, Lactalis has appointed Frédérick Bouisset as the new president of its US unit, Lactalis USA.

Bouisset was previously president of French delicatessen group Fleury Michon, a post he had held since September 2001. His departure from the company, “to manage a subsidiary of a large food industry group” was announced at the end of last month. He was replaced as Fleury Michon president by Régis Lebrun. Bouisset’s career has also included a spell at d’Aoste Spain.
Featuring both domestic and import cheese, Lactalis USA markets products under the President, Emmental, Valbreso, and Rondele brands.
