French poultry supplier LDC said it has signed a draft agreement to take over compatriot pancake and flat pastry cake producer Regalette.
LDC said Brittany-based Regalette’s results will be consolidated into LDC’s accounts as of 1 March, reported the French News Digest.
LDC also said it would keep the current management team of Regalette.
