Boulder Brands, the US group, is looking to take its gluten-free brand Udi's into the UK frozen aisle.
Udi's was launched in the UK in 2013, with a range of bakery, cereal and snacks products on sale in the country.
Simon Hazlett, MD of Boulder's UK business, said the company was lining up a move into frozen next year.
"Since its launch, in the UK, two years ago Udi's has seen huge success. Innovation is at the heart of our business and we pride ourselves on offering those leading a gluten-free life a wide selection of tasty free-from alternatives. The company is looking to expand on this and will be launching a range of gluten-free frozen foods in early 2016," Hazlett told just-food.
He declined to comment further on the plans.
