FrieslandCampina has acquired its Italian cheese and butter agent DEK and 80% of local cheese supplier Orange.

DEK has been FrieslandCampina’s dedicated sales agent in Italy, serving the retail and food service sectors. The acquisition will see it integrated into “a newly-incorporated FrieslandCampina entity”, the Dutch dairy group said.
