Germany’s Deutsche Bank has accrued 570,007 shares or a 10% stake in Polish confectioner Mieszko, but says that it has no intention to influence the development strategy of the company.

Mieszko is controlled by the bank’s subsidiary DWS Polska TFI, and the bank said that it would not increase its stake or exceed 25% of the voting rights in the company during this year.
