Metro Group has completed the restructuring of its now six-member management board, with the addition of the company’s new CFO Olaf Koch.

Koch, who had served as managing director of operations at Permira, replaces Thomas Unger, who has taken the responsibilities of EVP and vice chairman.
The move has also seen the German retailer realign the responsibilities of the other members of its management board.
Koch’s appointment, which came into effect yesterday (14 September), had previously been announced last month.
