Swiss food behemoth Nestlé is set to reveal its takeover of a Germany ice cream unit tomorrow, according to unnamed sources cited in the Financial Times Deutschland. The Schoeller unit, a subsidiary of German sugar major Suedzucker, is believed to be worth under €250m (US$214m).
