Anglo-Dutch food and consumer goods giant Unilever has announced that it has signed definitive agreements to sell its frozen pizza business and baguette business.

The company said it had sold the businesses to Dr Oetker of Bielefeld, Germany for an undisclosed sum, subject to regulatory approval where required.
“The consideration and value of assets transferred are not material to Unilever,” the company added.
