Greek chain Atlantic Supermarkets is set to buy out 43.76% of the supermarket operator Palmos, which recorded turnover of €22m last year.

The purchase will be completed through a capital increase scheme, which will see the issue of 200,000 new Palmos shares, nominally priced at €2.9 each. The company controls six supermarkets throughout Greece.
