GREECE: Carrefour mulling Express launch in Greece
French retail giant Carrefour’s Greek subsidiary, Carrefour Marinopoulos, is mulling the possibility of converting existing 5'Marinopoulos stores to the Express format.
French retail giant Carrefour’s Greek subsidiary, Carrefour Marinopoulos, is mulling the possibility of converting existing 5’Marinopoulos stores to the Express format.
“Carrefour Marinopoulos is examining the project of transferring the 5’Marinopoulos stores to the Carrefour Marinopoulos Express concept for a possible application mid-2009,” a spokesperson for the company told just-food today (9 December).
The spokesperson indicated that the company is considering rolling the Express format out at all of its franchised and company run stores.
