Theotokas will replace Frank Bletzian.
Friesland Hellas, a subsidiary of Dutch food group Friesland Coberco Dairy Foods, generates an annual turnover of around €160m (US$148m) and a profit of €3.6m. In 2001, it posted sales of €152m, up year on year from €135m.
