Free-from specialist food producer Hilary’s has launched a range of allergy-friendly, organic salad dressings in the US made from “clean” ingredients and free from the most common allergens, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and corn.

The dressings come in four flavours; but unlike many other dressings made from canola or soybean oil, Spicy Island Dressing is oil free and instead made with coconut milk. The Chili-Lime Vinaigrette, Beet Vinaigrette and Tomato kalamata Dressing are all made with organic extra virgin oilive oil and a splash of sunflower oil. The dressings are made from Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Glutnen-Free and USDA Certified Organic ingredients. In addition, the Chili-Lime Vinaigrette, Beet Vinaigrette and Tomato Kalamata Dressing are Paleo Certified and Spicy Island Dressing is Paleo-friendly.

“The cornerstone of Hilary’s brand is to nourish people’s bodies and the environment with foods that are free from common allergens and artificial ingredients, but it’s equally as important to us that our products are flavorful and mouthwateringly delicious,” said Becky Harpstrite, vice president of marketing at Hilary’s. “These bright and fresh new dressings serve as perfect options for livening up a salad, to use as dips for veggies, or as marinades for all kinds of dishes, and prove that free-from eating can be packed with flavour.”

Hilary’s new dressings are available at conventional and natural grocery stores nationwide for a RRP of US$3.99 per bottle.
