HUNGARY: Globus set to acquire frozen food company
Hungarian Cannery Globus has announced that it has signed a declaration of intent to acquire frozen food company Bekescsabai Hutoipari. The acquisition, if successful, is expected to double Globus’ storage capacity and increase revenues by 15% next year. Globus is expecting to close the deal in early 2003, reported Interfax.
