India’s food and drinks manufacturer Dabur plans to test market flavoured milk in Delhi under its subsidiary Dabon International, a joint venture between Dabur and Bongrain of France.

The product is aimed at the out-of-home consumption segment with an array of flavours including strawberry, chocolate and banana currently available. The milk flavoured drink will be sold under its dairy Lebon brandname.

Dabon face tough competition in the flavoured drink sector with Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Ltd launching flavoured milk under the Safal brand, and Nestlé also planning a launch.
