Billy Murphy, deputy group managing director, is to retire in June 2005 but will remain on the board as a non-executive director for a further period of two years.


Geoff Meagher, group finance director, will take on the additional role of deputy group managing director in June 2005.


Siobhan Talbot, group secretary, will take on the role of deputy group finance director in June 2005.
