Greencore has today (17 November) announced the appointment of Imelda Hurley to the role of CFO.

Hurley, currently the firm’s managing director of finance, will take up the role from 31 December following the departure of Geoff Doherty who is leaving to become CFO of Kingspan Group. Hurley joined Greencore in April 2001.

Greencore today announced that it will merge with Goodfella’s Pizza maker Northern Foods to create a new company – Essenta.
