A spokesperson for the company confirmed that the group would operate as a single enlarged business, with 35 permanent staff and annual revenues of around EUR15m (US$19.1m).


“The companies are a good fit as the expanded product offering and customer base is a platform for growth,” the spokesperson said.
 
Colin Halion, managing director of McNally Foods, will head up the enlarged group, the company confirmed.
