US cereal giant Kellogg has appointed Tony Palmer as the new managing director of its UK and Republic of Ireland business.

Palmer, who joined Kellogg in 2002 as vice president, innovation, was later promoted to president of the natural and frozen foods divisions of Kellogg USA.
He replaces Paul Norman, who takes on the role of vice president of Kellogg and president of the Morning Foods division of Kellogg USA, reported The Grocer.
