Israeli retailer Blue Square has launched a cash tender offer for the ordinary shares in its Blue Square Chain Properties & Investments Ltd subsidiary.
The company currently holds approximately 80% of BSIP’s outstanding ordinary shares.
The offer period runs until 27 October and the company is offering NIS23 (US$6.72) per share, or a total consideration of NIS151m.
