Super-Sol, Israel’s largest supermarket chain, has seen second-quarter profit almost double thanks to rising sales.
The company booked net profit of ILS101m (US$28.5m), up 84% from ILS55m a year earlier.
Sales were up 18% to ILS2.8bn.
