ISRAEL/SWITZERLAND: Osem-Nestlé buys Tnuva’s stake in ice cream company
Israeli food manufacturer Osem Investments announced today [Monday] that it would buy the 47% stake in Noga Ice Creams currently held by the Tnuva dairy company. Osem, a 50.1%-owned subsidiary of Switzerland’s Nestlé, released a statement in which it said the two parties were working on the financial details of the deal, which remains subject to approval from Osem’s directors and regulators.
