Osem UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Israeli food maker Osem, has signed an agreement with Nestlé UK which provides Osem UK with the rights to market in the UK products made by Nestlé International. Osem is majority owned by Nestlé.

The new agreement expands Osem UK’s marketing volume of Nestlé-made products in the UK. In 2000, Osem UK was awarded the rights to distribute and market Nestlé’s Maggi brand of soup powders, soup cubes, sauces and seasonings.


The new agreement includes the rights to distribute several Nestlé energy and health drinks such as Milo, Caro and Nido, which are produced by Nestlé throughout the world. According to Osem UK, the new agreement enables the company to develop and expand its line of products in the multiples and in neighbourhood food stores.
