FIPPA unites 90 provincial associations which represent 23,000 Italian bakers.
FIPPA publishes the weekly sector magazine Arte Bianca and organises the annual national bread and bakery products fair Festa del Pane, which involves 3,000 bakeries and 2.0m consumers.
