The shareholders of Italian food group Roncadin have re-elected Dante Di Dario as chairman of the board of directors.
The company also appointed new members to the five-strong board, which now comprises Di Dario, Maurizio Spampinato, Gianfranco Vercellone, Lucio Francario and Lucio Fabbricia.
