JAPAN: Aeon to develop exclusive food products with manufacturers
Japanese supermarket chain Aeon is to team up with food manufacturers to create lower-priced products that would be exclusively available at Aeon stores.
Japanese supermarket chain Aeon is to team up with food manufacturers to create lower-priced products that would be exclusively available at Aeon stores.
The company has already launched two-litre bottles of Asahi Kachiwari Oolong Tea, developed with Asahi Soft Drinks Co, which will be sold at around 1,000 Aeon stores, reported Dow Jones International News.
Aeon also plans to develop new confectionery products and instant noodles with other manufacturers to form part of its exclusive product range.
