MEXICO: Mexico plans extension of US poultry duty – report
Mexico is reportedly planning to extend its 98.8% duty on imports of US chicken legs and thighs by five years. The duty, which is intended to protect its poultry farmers, will be reduced gradually until it reaches zero in 2008, a source from the National Poultry Producers Union told Reuters.
