Dutch dairy products company Campina has announced that B.C. (Bert) Jansen, a member of the Campina executive board with responsibility for the consumer products Europe division, has resigned following mutual agreement.
Jansen joined Campina in 1989 and has served in positions including commercial director Melkunie (the Netherlands) and chairman of Campina in Germany. He has been a member of the executive board since 2000.
Jansen has decided to pursue his career elsewhere as a result of Campina’s new organisational structure, which will lead to a management consisting of CEO Justinus Sanders, CFO Simon Quist and three group directors, heading the consumer products Europe, cheese and butter and industrial products groups.
Until a director is appointed for the CPE group, Sanders will take responsibility for its management, in addition to his own tasks as Campina CEO.
The CPE group combines Campina’s ‘White Groups’: Campina Netherlands, Campina Germany and Campina International.
