CSM, the largest supplier of bakery products worldwide, said an unnamed third party would acquire its site in Creil. Production at the site will be switched to other CSM plants in France and Germany.


In Germany, CSM said it will combine staff at two sites, in Bremen and Bingen, to “optimise synergy within the organisation”.


Under its plans, CSM will also set up a sales force for its artisan frozen bakery products.
