Commenting on the appointments, Rob Zwartendijk, chairman of the supervisory board, said: “We are delighted to announce the nomination of these two highly qualified new members to our supervisory board. We have high expectations of their contribution to the company given their valuable skills and different experiences.”
 
Strauss is currently chairperson of the Strauss Elite Group, the second largest Israeli food company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Young, a chartered accountant, is currently an independent non-executive director and chairperson of the audit committee at and an independent non-executive director of Cattles.
