Royal Numico NV announced yesterday (31 August) that Numico shareholders have approved the appointment of Flemming Morgan to the company’s executive board.


Morgan has held various senior management positions with Coca Cola, British American Tobacco and Danone. In his most recent position, Morgan was a member of the executive board of Danone Dairy and executive vice president for Africa and the Middle East.
