Cox, head of purchasing at CSM’s subsidiary BakeMark UK, will assume the new role in addition to her existing position, taking responsibility for procuring yeast products, egg products and finished products on behalf of all CSM’s European operating companies.
BakeMark UK said the appointment would give its customers access to a comprehensive range of competitively-priced bakery ingredients and finished products from all over the world.
BakeMark UK is the combination of three companies: Arkady Craigmillar, Caravan Brill and Readi-Bake. It is the largest supplier of bakery ingredients and frozen speciality bakery products in the UK.
