Weijers, who succeeds Cees ‘t Hart, will leave the board of Unilever Benelux and Gaby Vreeken will assume his responsibilities.


With over 20 years experience with Unilever, Weijers has held various commercial and marketing positions, most recently as vice president of home and personal care for Unilever Benelux.


T’Hart is set to to take the top job at Friesland Campina when dairy giants Friesland Foods and Campina merge later this year.
