In a brief statement issued today (24 February) Wessanen’s supervisory board said Frans Koffrie will act as CEO until a successor is found.


Koffrie is currently member of the board and he will relinquish this position.


The search for a successor is expected to be completed within a few months, the company added.


No reason for Veenhof’s departure was given and the company was unavailable for comment as just-food went to press.
