Royal Wessanen today (9 May) named Frans Eelkman Rooda as its CFO.
Eelkman Rooda, 56, replaces Han Wagter in the top finance role at the Netherlands-based food group. Wagter has left Wessanen “to pursue other interests”, the company said.
Eelkman Rooda was CFO at Dutch pharmaceuticals retailer OPG Group.
Earlier today, Wessanen reported a 2.5% rise in first-quarter profits thanks to rising sales in Europe and North America.
